- The above rate is subject to 10 % VAT.
- Time spent on traveling, meals and waiting are included when calculating working hours.
- The above rate does not include the cost of transportation, meals and accommodations.
- Working hours will continue to be counted until the interpreter returns to the initial meeting point.
- Cancellation fees: 20% (after the order form has been signed), 50% (one day before the event), 100% (the day of the event).
- Prices for simultaneous interpretation will be provided upon request. Two or more interpreters might be required.
