We can outsource our stuff to work at your company according to your requirements, thus allowing you to use the time previously spent on handing payrolls, social insurance and administrative works on the development of your core business strategy.
  • PROCESS & METHOD
  • Client can directly discuss the detail requirements with Selna ( or fill inquiry form ).
  • - Selna selects candidates through data bank confirming their availability.
    - Selna Interviews and tests candidates.
  • CVs of the selected candidates are submitted to client (by fax or courier).
  • - Client may interview all the candidates submitted or by selection few.
    - Place of the interview upon request.
  • If necessary, Selna's personnel may be asked to assist during interview (as interpreter).
  • - Client fill in the interview result form.
    - If one of the candidates is accepted, proceed to the subsequent steps.
    - If all of the candidates are rejected, please repeat from step 3
  • Upon request with additional fee.
  • Selna prepares contract agreement and other necessary documents.
